Job Title: Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role involves supporting the end-to-end execution of email and lifecycle campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

About the Role:
  • This includes coordinating creative assets, building and deploying campaigns, and supporting loyalty and retention initiatives.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and contribute to hitting global email forecasts for key metrics like open rates and click-through rates.
Your Responsibilities:
  1. You owned the eDM/email campaign set-up process from start to finish, including setup, QA, scheduling, and post-send checks.
  2. You executed email campaigns with precision using marketing tools like Klaviyo, applying strong attention to detail and a QA mindset to deliver error-free lifecycle campaigns on time.
  3. You proactively managed multiple tasks and timelines efficiently, demonstrating a detail-oriented working style and sense of urgency with respect to deadlines.
  4. You collaborated cross-functionally with strong communication skills to support smooth campaign delivery.
  5. You contributed to hitting global email forecasts for key metrics like open rates and click-through rates.
  6. You were highly in tune with the customer lifecycle and email flow touches, suggesting and making updates/additions based on data.
