Culinary Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Planning: Collaborate with our culinary team to design nutritious and diverse menus that cater to the dietary requirements of our residents.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook meals, ensuring they are prepared with fresh ingredients and follow proper food handling and safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Ensure all meals meet high-quality standards in taste, appearance, and portion sizes, and make adjustments as needed based on resident feedback.
- Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory levels efficiently by sourcing ingredients cost-effectively and minimizing food waste.
- Certificate III or IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or higher.
- Community and Health Services - Food Safety Supervisor Certification.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
