Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile statements and ensure accuracy
  • Perform bank reconciliations and supplier reconciliation
  • Manage the Accounts Payable inbox and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Arrange payments and process paper-based invoices
  • Assist with overflow work and provide support to colleagues

The successful candidate will be required to work 8 hours per day, full-time in our office located on the Central Coast.
