Key Event Operations Role

This is a role that requires problem-solving on the go and seeing work come to life every week.

The Event Operations Manager will run a weekly event, making sure everything runs smoothly from set-up to pack down.

  • Lead onsite crews and set the tone for a proactive culture.
  • Manage vendor applications, allocations, and layouts to deliver a great event mix.
  • Act as the key contact for participants, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Deliver an excellent visitor experience.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years' experience in supervisory or management roles (events, hospitality, retail, or operations) with strong people skills, a calm mindset under pressure, and good organisational abilities.

They will work outdoors, handle early starts, including Sundays where they may need to be on site from 3am.

The Event Operations Manager will have a blend of remote, office, and onsite work, and genuine career pathways within a respected events group.
