Job Title: Defence Commercial Advisor

We are seeking a Defence Commercial Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our commercial advisory business, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on complex policy, strategy, and transaction questions.

Your main focus will be on commercial and corporate finance advisory work across departments, industries, and investor communities. You will work closely with partners and directors to deliver high-quality advice to clients.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated commercial nous with 4+ years' experience in commercial advisory and/or transaction/project management. Prior experience in complex procurement and/or corporate finance is essential, particularly in Utilities, Resources, Infrastructure, or Transport sectors.

Australian Government security clearance is also required. If you have a strong track record of delivering successful projects and a passion for Defence domain expertise, we would love to hear from you.
