Stockroom Operations Manager Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled stockroom professional to join our team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:

  • Supporting day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor service to provide a premium consumer experience
  • Supporting store management team by providing feedback on required resources within the store to achieve all Stockroom Operational needs and deliver a Premium Stockroom Model
  • Representing our brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way
  • Driving compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards within the store back-of-house
  • Meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing stock levels and ensuring accurate inventory reporting
  • Providing exceptional customer service and supporting sales floor activities
  • Collaborating with store management to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies
  • Ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
