Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our logistics operation, you will be responsible for the control of inventory, stock, purchasing and traceability records.

This is a critical role that requires strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Logistics Team Leader to ensure regulatory compliant purchasing, receipt, and records keeping of all aviation/aeronautical products.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensuring the regulatory compliant acquisition, receipt and records keeping of all aeronautical products.
  • Raising repair orders for all U/S parts and following up on all open repair orders maintaining expected delivery dates.
  • Maintaining appropriate Stock levels at the base.
  • Facilitating invoice processing with Finance.
  • Conducting stocktakes as required.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the Inventory Control Specialist will also be responsible for:

  • Determining priorities and achieving deadlines in a fluid and dynamic environment.
  • Developing highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Taking initiative and working autonomously.
  • Developing well-developed computer skills.
