Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver on performance and improvement goals.
  • Collaborate with fellow Inventory Planning Leaders to ensure consistency and alignment across the group.
  • Drive 95%+ DIFOT (Delivery In Full, On Time) and reduce inventory costs without compromising service.
  • Enhance global supply chain systems and ordering methodologies.
  • Partner with Sales and Operations to align inventory with commercial objectives.
  • Support continuous improvement and strategic supply initiatives.

**Requirements**

To excel in this position, you will need the following qualifications and skills:

  • 5+ years in Inventory Planning or Business Analytics.
  • Proven leadership experience with teams of at least five people.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and strategic mindset.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
  • Manufacturing experience is desirable.
