About the Role

The Digital Governance Specialist will work closely with our Technology and Information Management team to administer and govern our SharePoint Online environment. This role is critical in maintaining our digital infrastructure and ensuring that it aligns with our ICT strategies.

This specialist will be responsible for providing technical operational support, maintenance, and administration of our Microsoft SharePoint environments. This includes providing Tier 2 & 3 administration, SME guidance relating to SharePoint and associated technologies (OneDrive, MS Teams, Power Platform etc.), Tier 2 support of approved developed solutions (within SharePoint Online), and Tier 3 administration to our departments Intranet and records management platform.

This specialist will also be focused on driving technology change and problem solving for our organisation, whether it is a simple issue that enables a user to work faster or a solution that improves efficiency/productivity for a bigger team.

Key Responsibilities
  • SharePoint Online Administration and governance
  • Tier 2 & 3 administration and technical operational support
  • Providing SME guidance relating to SharePoint and associated technologies
  • SME guidance on SharePoint workflows and Power Automate
Requirements

Mandatory:

  • SharePoint Online Administration certification
  • 2+ years' experience as a SharePoint administrator/M365 administrator role
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as Power BI, PowerShell, Office 365 and SQL Server
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar
