About the Role


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-value customers, driving long-term relationships, and educating employees about employee benefits, including novated leasing. This will involve utilizing a range of tools, such as webinars, presentations, on-site customer visits, expos, and employee-facing events.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Collaborate with the B2B Sales Team and Employers to design and implement a successful go-to-market strategy.
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring customer advocacy and growth.
  • Work closely with the Relationship Management, Marketing, and Product teams to promote product adoption and lead generation.
  • Meet KPI targets on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, procedures, and legislation.
  • Demonstrate team values, maintain a positive attitude, and actively participate in team meetings and events.
  • Share process improvement ideas with internal stakeholders.


About You



  • Experience in Novated Leasing, Salary Packaging, SAAS Account Management, Employee Benefits, or consumer finance Sales and/or Relationship/Account Management positions.
  • Tertiary qualifications are preferred but not essential.
  • Proven sales and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and engage with all types of prospective customers.
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sales pipelines and high volumes of lead enquiries.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to a team environment.
  • Competent in using Microsoft suite of products.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic Sales team environment.
  • Possess a high level of resilience and adaptability to change.
  • Able to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced sales environment with a passion for selling.
