
Clinical Leadership Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Discipline Area Manager. In this position, you will play a key role in collaborating with relevant managers to ensure your team is trained, supported, retained, and held accountable to performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Drive accountability to performance metrics, clinical policies, and procedures
- Develop and champion strategies to further enhance a positive, supportive, and inclusive work culture
- Develop and implement individual clinician career development plans to support clinical growth and caseload development
- Lead by example by maintaining a clinical caseload (minimum expectation of 21 billable hours per week)
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Minimum 4 years clinical experience
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
- Current Working with Children or willingness to apply for one
- NDIS Worker Check
- Satisfactory Police Check
- Current Medicare Provider Number or capacity to obtain
