Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Discipline Area Manager. In this position, you will play a key role in collaborating with relevant managers to ensure your team is trained, supported, retained, and held accountable to performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive accountability to performance metrics, clinical policies, and procedures
  • Develop and champion strategies to further enhance a positive, supportive, and inclusive work culture
  • Develop and implement individual clinician career development plans to support clinical growth and caseload development
  • Lead by example by maintaining a clinical caseload (minimum expectation of 21 billable hours per week)
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Minimum 4 years clinical experience
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
  • Current Working with Children or willingness to apply for one
  • NDIS Worker Check
  • Satisfactory Police Check
  • Current Medicare Provider Number or capacity to obtain
