Job Opportunity: Hobart Clinical School Team Leader

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of critical administrative services to the Hobart Clinical School.

Key responsibilities include building strong connections within the health sector, driving continuous improvement within the Clinical School, and managing a small team of professional staff to ensure effective target setting, performance management, coaching, and staff development.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, ability to mentor and motivate others, organisational and prioritisation skills, and competence in computer software applications.

Benefits:

This is a full-time, ongoing role based in Hobart with a total remuneration package of up to $116,872.
