Job Title: Compliance Assurance ProfessionalAre you an accomplished professional with a proven track record of ensuring contractors adhere to contractual obligations? We're seeking a skilled Compliance Assurance Professional to join our organization and play a vital role in upholding the highest standards of compliance.Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and monitor contractor performance against contractual requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external contracting companies and stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration to achieve mutual goals.
  • Manage and report on contractor breaches of the Contract Management Framework, providing timely and effective solutions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct constructability reviews of contracted work packages prior to contract execution, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and organizational objectives.
  • Lead schedule management focusing on critical path, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Possess a relevant trade in electrical and/or civil disciplines, engineering, or HSE qualification, demonstrating a strong foundation in compliance principles and practices.
  • Have at least 5-6+ years of solid experience in power and/or heavy industry planning, construction, operation, commissioning, and maintenance, showcasing expertise in contract management and execution.
  • Exhibit best practice knowledge and industry experience in areas such as safety management, occupational health, workplace assessing, incident and hazard investigation, and emergency response.
  • Proven experience in managing conflict resolution and public and stakeholder relations, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hold a valid WA Driver's License Class 'C' or 'C-A', ensuring ability to travel and conduct site visits as required.
