Job Title: Compliance Assurance SpecialistJob Description:

As a Compliance Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organisation maintains the highest standards of compliance and assurance. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that our policies and procedures are up-to-date and effective.

The role involves analysing and evaluating information to inform strategic decision-making, as well as providing advice on contractual matters. You will also be responsible for managing the Annual Audit Schedule, preparing and conducting reviews against policy and process, and assisting in managing complaints and correspondence from prisoners.

This is a critical role that requires a high level of personal integrity and ethical behaviour, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. You must have a sound understanding of legal and commercial frameworks, as well as experience working in a complex organisation.

Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, commercial or contract law.
  • ISO 9001:2015 qualification.
  • Experience working in a complex organisation, including auditing and reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to gain cooperation and assistance from colleagues and stakeholders.
