**Rehabilitation Consultant Role**

The ORS Workplace Rehabilitation division is expanding, and we are seeking a skilled clinician to join our national team.

As a rehabilitation consultant, you will provide clinical services and evidence-based case management for injured workers. This role involves working across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centers, and clinics.

You will have the opportunity to bring best practice health engagements into all facets of our clients' rehabilitation journeys, ensuring they can return to living their best lives.

  • Work collaboratively with a national team of 50+ consultants to deliver high-quality clinical services.
  • Perform assessments and interventions in various settings, prioritizing client needs and comfort.
  • Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans, tailored to each client's unique requirements.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional development within our organization.

**Key Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology.
  • Registration or eligibility for registration with AHPRA or ESSA.
  • A current car and driver's license.
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
