Contact Centre Specialist Role

This position involves delivering top-notch customer service via various communication channels. As a key representative of our organization, you will be the face of our brand and play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on our services to customers, including schedules and fares.
  • Maintain high levels of product knowledge and stay informed about company policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve contact centre objectives.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 GCSEs at grade C or above, or equivalent, including English and Maths.
  • At least one year's experience in a customer service role or World Host Level 2 accreditation.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
