The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient execution and administration of ICT projects within our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience in project administration and coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Documentation Management: Develop, maintain, and organize project documentation, including plans, proposals, progress reports, and correspondence.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and appointments, ensuring timely communication and alignment among team members.
- Budget Monitoring: Support the monitoring of project budgets and expenses, including tracking invoices, payments, and generating financial reports as required.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders, responding to inquiries, providing updates, and facilitating effective communication between internal and external parties.
- Proven experience in project administration or coordination, preferably within Defence ICT projects.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
