Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers while performing routine maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base
  • Use of latest field-based mobile technology to assist in managing daily work schedules
  • Inventory input on company-allocated service vans and customer sites
  • Maintenance of accurate service records of work performed
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician (not essential)
  • Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
