Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Support Merchandise role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, processing counter sales, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for Australian farming and agriculture to join a dynamic and supportive team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including local farmers, primary producers, and trade customers.
  • Process counter sales, manage stock control, and dispatch goods efficiently.
  • Maintain a welcoming and well-presented store environment, ensuring high standards of safety and hygiene.
  • Assist with merchandise campaign material and load/unload trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a team support role in a busy environment.
  • Passion for Australian farming and agriculture, ideally with knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to customer service, with effective time management and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to execute sales outcomes using specialist knowledge of fertiliser, seed, and chemical products.
  • Keen to learn all aspects of retail operations and sales.
What We Offer
  • A competitive remuneration package, estimated to be around $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
