Role Summary:
The Principal Practice Officer will lead and direct operational teams in reviewing Youth Justice services to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading reviews of Youth Justice services to improve delivery, facilitate consultations with stakeholders, and develop solutions to address complex issues.
- Providing high-level leadership, research, and analysis of operational issues impacting Youth Justice services.
- Preparing advice on current practice, policy implications, and legislation relevant to Youth Justice.
- Engaging with teams to identify and resolve practice issues, developing strategic solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Representing the organisation in discussions about practice initiatives and youth justice projects, fostering partnerships and collaborations.
- Collecting and analysing data to communicate findings effectively, informing decisions and driving positive change within Youth Justice services.
- Providing expert advice on Youth Justice Service delivery issues and trends, supporting the development of evidence-based policies and practices.
