Job Opportunity

We have an exciting role available for a Director to lead our Residential Subdivision Valuation team in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive workflow
  • Create high-quality valuation reports that meet industry standards
  • Pursue new business opportunities to expand our portfolio
  • Lead and mentor the Residential Subdivision Valuation team to achieve exceptional results
  • Identify and mitigate risk to ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Promote and market our brand and valuation services to enhance our reputation
Requirements:
  • Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification is essential
  • API membership and certificate of compliance are necessary
  • Residential development and/or subdivision valuation experience is highly valued
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • High-quality standards and attention to detail are expected
  • Excellent work organisation and ability to meet deadlines are crucial
