About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Waiter to join our team at Eureka 89, a premium events and dining space in Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized services to guests while working effectively in a dynamic team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presenting the restaurant/event space in an impeccable manner, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service to guests.
  • Taking guest orders and communicating them effectively to the kitchen team.
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the menu and offering recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with guests, addressing their needs promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve exceptional service standards and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate and Food Safety Handling certification. Additionally, you should be eligible to work within Australia and have the flexibility to work casually across up to seven days a week.

A minimum of 1 year's experience in a fine dining or restaurant environment is preferred, although we place greater emphasis on your ability to present yourself professionally, communicate effectively, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
