Customer Relationship Manager Opportunity

This role involves leading customer relationship management (CRM) and loyalty initiatives across global markets. We seek an experienced professional with a strong technical understanding of Salesforce, system implementation expertise, and advanced Excel capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing CRM platforms, designing personalized communication strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. They will be able to extract valuable insights from data and develop actionable strategies to drive business growth.

We are seeking someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, and maintain open communication with stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and the ability to present complex information to C-suite executives.

  • Lead the development and implementation of CRM strategies, focusing on enhancing customer engagement and driving revenue growth.
  • Design and execute sophisticated communication campaigns, leveraging segmentation, journey mapping, triggers, and automation.
  • Manage the company's loyalty program, tailoring it to meet the needs of our premium customer base and aligning it with our brand ethos.
  • Present regular performance updates and strategic insights to C-suite leadership across international markets.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in CRM management in luxury retail or premium fashion, with a proven track record in developing customer engagement strategies.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce and its capabilities, with demonstrated expertise in system implementation and optimization.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience presenting complex information to senior executives.
  • Proven ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies and drive business growth through effective CRM management.
