We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a globally recognized luxury brand and contribute to the success of our sales culture. You will have the chance to work in a beautifully curated store environment and collaborate with a close-knit and supportive team.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering elevated service. You should also be available to work weekends and be able to build strong relationships with clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Fluent English language skills
  • Mandarin or Indonesian language skills (desirable)
  • Strong experience in luxury or premium fashion retail
  • A polished professional presentation and confident communication style
  • A team-first attitude with a genuine interest in fashion and tailoring
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package including:

  • Base Salary: $58,000-$60,000 + Super
  • Commission: 1.5% on Ready-to-Wear sales and 1.8% on Made-to-Measure sales
  • Monthly team pool commission (up to $400 / month)
  • Quarterly bonus incentives tied to 3 key performance metrics
