Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Banking Support Professional to join our team and contribute to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through face-to-face and digital interactions.
  • Assist customers with general banking transactions, answer questions, and resolve queries.
  • Build personal connections with customers through meaningful conversations and identify opportunities to enhance their financial wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with customers to use in-branch technology and digital banking options.
  • Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Process applications for personal loans, credit cards, and associated products.
  • Utilize tools to capture customer feedback and take action to correct service breaks and drive improvement.
  • Participate in continuous training and development to support career aspirations.
