About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing marketing events that drive growth within our B2B marketing division.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging event concepts, logistics and execution plans to drive awareness and attendance.
  • Manage event coordination, including vendor communication, venue selection and catering arrangements.
  • Track and analyze event performance using defined KPIs and post-event reporting.

Requirements:

  • Strong Project Management Skills – organized, structured and deadline-driven.
  • Excellent Communication Skills – written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative Mindset – works seamlessly across teams and stakeholders.
