Event Planning and Marketing Expert Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Planner and Marketing Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of events and marketing.

This role involves overseeing Guest Experiences, Events & Marketing functions to ensure every aspect of our guests' experience is exceptional.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, documentation, inventory management, communication, execution, staff oversight, contractor coordination, and success measurement in the following areas:

  • Plan, promote, staff, and coordinate guest activities that vary seasonally
  • Coordinate special events, ensuring a personal touch that leads to successful, profitable events and rave reviews
  • Develop and execute special events and programs to grow the business

Key qualifications include post-secondary education in Hospitality or Marketing, or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years of experience in hospitality or service industry, and 1 year experience in developing social media, website, and marketing content, with familiarity with MailChimp or similar tools.
