Marketing Role Overview

This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at collaboration and has a passion for marketing and event planning.

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to lead our integrated marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels, elevating our brand presence and driving measurable growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Social Media & Content Management:
    • Develop engaging social media content, schedule posts and analyse their impact;
    • Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations.
  • Digital Presence Optimization:
    • Maintain and optimize our hotel's microsites, online travel agency listings and Google Business profile.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution:
    • Create and deploy targeted campaigns to promote rooms, events and food and beverage offerings;
    • Support strategic initiatives and events that showcase our hotel and its amenities.
  • Design & Branding:
    • Design and create digital and print assets aligned with our brand guidelines.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Collaborate on annual promotional calendars and manage campaign rollouts, including photoshoots.
  • Partnerships & Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Additional Projects:
    • Support loyalty programs, new platform implementations and seasonal promotions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field;
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media management and campaign delivery;
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media and CRM platforms;
  • Creative eye for design and brand storytelling (Adobe Creative Suite experience an advantage);
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail;
  • A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset.
