Digital Product Specialist

About the Role:
- Delivers product implementation solutions to institutional trust and custody clients, analyzing their needs for digital products.
- Serves as a primary point of contact for assigned client relationships, fostering high-touch service through proactive interaction.
- Coordinates the release of new products or product updates and system changes to assigned relationships, providing feedback to product teams to inform development.
- Collaborates with clients to identify gaps in technology and reporting, initiates project development, communicates, and monitors the implementation plan to meet client expectations.
- Serves as a liaison between clients, change management, and development teams.
- Develops technology-based solutions with clients and partners.
- Works with relationship managers and clients to understand their needs and implements accordingly.
- Conducts training presentations on various digital products with clients.
- Remains up-to-date with bank digital and data products and services to meet client needs.
- Some travel required to visit clients/prospects, occasionally on short notice.
Experience Required:
- 3-5 years' experience in master trust/custody or digital products and/or client servicing.
- Demonstrated knowledge of institutional trust/custody products and services, typically acquired through related work experience, is necessary to manage client requirements and expectations.
- Able to utilize PC applications to provide alternative solutions.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Organizational, analytical, negotiation, and project management skills are required to direct implementation activities, prioritize tasks, and lead a team.
- Ability to manage client expectations, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively on a day-to-day basis.
