IT Leadership Position

The Multi-Property IT Manager oversees the IT discipline across multiple properties and managed offices.

This leadership position involves managing a team of IT resources, providing support to Operations leaders, and performing business council member duties.

  • Achieve balanced scorecard and annual goals as set.
  • Accountable for the overall IT operating health/targets of assigned Hotels and Company Owned and Managed Offices.
  • Keep ADiT informed of IT technology environment, issues, initiatives, and opportunities.
  • Align Operational activities with business partners and other local cluster teams to provide executive management support for IT operations at designated locations.
  • Talent development and Engagement Score targets are accountable for the cluster.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in IT leadership roles - multi-property environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with all key stakeholders to drive business results.
  • Strong technical knowledge to manage multiple IT projects at a time.
  • Familiarity with IT security & audit controls/compliance is essential.

  • Server and Active Directory Architecture and Security implementation.
  • Windows Server Operating System and Active Directory expertise.
  • Desktop Operating Systems and Desktop Management (GPO).
  • Mobile device management.
  • Current field technology architecture and future strategy awareness.
  • A&C principles and related IT design standards.

  • Operational and technical experience with Hospitality Management Systems both back of the house and guest facing.
