Community Physiotherapy Service Provider

We are seeking a skilled Community Physiotherapy Service Provider to join our multidisciplinary team. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, client-centric care within the community and workplace settings.

This role involves providing physiotherapy services to patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions and neurological conditions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing individualised treatment plans and goals tailored to clients' needs
  • Working collaboratively as part of a holistic, multidisciplinary team
  • Maintaining excellent communication skills and working independently

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Level 3 or 4 membership of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA)
  • A full clinical membership of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA)
  • Permanent residency or citizenship in Australia, along with working rights
  • Professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance
  • The ability to work independently and autonomously, demonstrating great organisational skill
