Healthcare Support Role

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide holistic health care support to those in need.

This role involves implementing a person-centred approach to ensure individuals with complex health needs lead a meaningful and satisfying quality of life.

Our team works closely together to achieve this goal, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual respect.

Responsibilities:
  • Implementing holistic health care support plans
  • Providing clinical experience and expertise in supporting individuals with complex health needs
  • Contributing to team operations and adapting to changing circumstances
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Nursing Assistant
  • Years of post-basic registration clinical experience
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in the support and care for individuals who present with complex health issues
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in the areas of Disability, Aged Care or Mental Health
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in the support and care for individuals through a person-centred approach
