Practice Manager Role

Sonic HealthPlus is a leading Australian healthcare provider seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our Hay Street Clinic in Perth. As a key team member, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure high standards of care and efficiency
  • Coordinate with medical practitioners and ensure smooth clinical workflows
  • Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, reporting, and IT systems
  • Lead, mentor, and support administration and nursing staff
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and communication with patients
  • Drive business development and community engagement initiatives

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing teams in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Good computer literacy; experience with medical software is desirable but not essential (training provided)
