Senior Delivery Manager

At Optus, we're committed to delivering exceptional results and driving business growth. As a Senior Delivery Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and drive business outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large-scale programs and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans, aligning with business objectives and goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite leaders and senior managers.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of new capabilities.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to drive team collaboration and productivity.
  • Develop and implement business cases, working with stakeholders to secure approval and implementation.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams and programs, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in agile delivery, with a strong track record of leading large-scale programs and projects.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and facilitation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and drive stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and strategic objectives.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including C-Suite leaders and senior managers.
  • Proven ability to drive change and implement new processes and technologies, ensuring successful adoption and utilization.
  • Agile certification and experience with Jira and Confluence.
