In this role, you'll design sleek, intuitive experiences across web and mobile — and leverage tools like Cursor, Claude, and ChatGPT to streamline your workflow and accelerate execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design scalable, engaging experiences for our suite of fitness products (mobile + web).
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs, and design system components in Figma and AI-assisted design tools.
  • Leverage AI platforms (e.g., Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality user experiences.
Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate workflows in ideation, prototyping, and documentation.
  • Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills within agile product teams.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for SaaS platforms or within the fitness/wellness industry.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component-driven design at scale.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for improved collaboration with engineers.
  • Passion for exploring emerging AI design tools and staying ahead of digital design trends.
  • Understanding or previous experience working within a Product Led Growth (PLG) business.
Success Measures
Deliver rapid design velocity, user impact, execution excellence, scalability, innovation, and accessibility & inclusivity within 6–12 months as a UX/UI Designer at our company.
