Product Design Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our high-performing design team and contribute to delivering exceptional digital experiences.

About the Job

This mid-senior level product design position is a great opportunity for someone who can translate user needs, business goals, and brand into smart, scalable digital experiences. You will lead end-to-end product design from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and handover. We collaborate closely with researchers, strategists, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing digital products that meet user needs and business objectives
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Designing intuitive and accessible user interfaces
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define product requirements
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in design or a related field
  • 4-8+ years of experience in product design
  • Solid foundations in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications

The following skills would be beneficial:

  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Understanding of accessibility principles and guidelines
  • Knowledge of human-centered design methodologies
  • Familiarity with Agile project management
