Facility Support Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Facility Support Manager to oversee facility concerns and support our management team. This role is crucial to our success as a global leader in private aviation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facility management, excellent customer service skills, and be able to manage facility concerns, including building and room leasing agreements, coordinating constructions/services and surveillance cleaning group, and organizing internal office supplies and services.

  • Key responsibilities include managing facility concerns together with the airport, coordinating constructions/services and surveillance cleaning group, and organizing internal office supplies and services.
  • This position requires a dynamic and proactive personality, ability to work with teams, solution-driven approach, and technical knowledge of IT applications.

As a Facility Support Manager, you will be the point of contact for AIG-Travel insurance, sponsor customer and staff events, and manage uniforms and travel agency duties. If you are a self-starter with a can-do mentality, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements:
