As we expand globally, we need a seasoned Global Technical Sourcer to join our international Talent Acquisition team, based in either London or Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and activate high-calibre talent for technical roles.
  • Leverage your expertise to develop creative sourcing strategies for Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Delivery Managers.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn, niche job boards, and other sourcing tools.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess basic qualifications and alignments.
  • Track and analyse pipeline metrics to inform hiring strategies and ensure inclusive candidate pipelines.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of industry trends, target companies, and technical skill sets to identify key talent pools.

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Sourcer within the technology sector.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute candidate generation strategies for technical roles.
  • Strong experience in sourcing passive candidates using advanced search techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with hiring managers to align talent strategies with business needs.
  • Familiarity with tracking and reporting pipeline activity using an ATS.
  • Strong understanding of the tech landscape and its communities.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: A competitive salary package of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
  • Annual Leave: 4 Weeks Standard + Public Holidays.
  • Your Day - No Questions Asked: One additional day off per year, no explanation required.
  • Regular Lunches: Lunch provided to meet all team dietary requirements in Christchurch office Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
