Lead Appian Developer

We are seeking an experienced Appian developer to lead our team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions. You will be responsible for architecting and enforcing best practices, collaborating with stakeholders, and guiding junior developers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy end-to-end Appian solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Define and enforce architecture and development best practices to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and drive continuous improvement within the team.
  • Troubleshoot issues, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality delivery.
  • Explore emerging technologies to enhance Appian capabilities and contribute to innovation.
  • Manage UAT, deployments, and upgrades (cloud and on-prem) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Work collaboratively with global teams in an Agile environment.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 years of software development experience, including 4–5 years in Appian.
  • At least 1–2 years in a leadership or senior developer role.
  • Strong foundation in J2EE, .NET, and RDBMS.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and team leadership skills.
  • Appian Certification (Senior/Lead) is highly preferred.
  • Bonus points for experience with AI, RPA, IDP, DevOps, or Process Mining tools.
