Job Overview

The role of an Appian Developer involves delivering solutions and driving client outcomes. We seek professionals with Appian expertise to work on analysis, design, development, and application deployment of Appian-based applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy high-quality Appian-based applications with 4-8 years of client-facing experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of relevant automation and low-code trends, standards, practices, ERP, CRM, BPM/Workflow, Data Integration Architecture or EAI, and enterprise architecture including data management.
  • Lead teams and coach junior staff, providing insight based on experience on recommended actions and navigating challenges posed by clients to highlight risks and solutions for mitigating them.
  • Engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, communicate complex technical problems using Appian and other supporting platforms, and conduct solution demonstrations, POC workshops.
