Job Title: Multiple Appian Opportunities – Mid to Senior Manager Level

Location: Melbourne CBD | Hybrid Work Environment

Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent

Are you an experienced Appian professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are currently hiring for multiple Appian roles ranging from Mid-Level Developers to Senior Managers/Developers/Architects to join a dynamic and growing team driving cutting-edge digital transformation initiatives. Please note Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is needed for these opportunities.

Our client is in the process of building a large Data & AI Hub to consult into leading enterprise clients. If you are wanting to get into AI and have extensive Appian experience - this is the role for you

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and business analysts to understand requirements and business processes.
• Work closely with enterprise architects to develop scalable and sustainable solution architectures.
• Design integration patterns in collaboration with internal and external system owners and architects to connect Appian with existing systems and databases.
• Lead and guide Appian developers, providing technical support and oversight.
• Conduct performance assessments and troubleshoot performance issues in Appian applications.
• Drive end-to-end implementation of complex Appian-based solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions aligned with client objectives.
  
  

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing Appian solutions, with strong architectural understanding.
• Proficient in Appian components including Process Design, SAIL, Rules, Security, and Integration.
• Strong database skills for data model design and performance optimization (tables, stored procedures, etc.).
• Hands-on knowledge of Appian installation and maintenance (on-prem and client-managed cloud environments).
• Ability to design and develop Appian applications following best practices and industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of Java-based Appian plug-in development is a plus.
• Appian Certification is mandatory.
