Our organisation seeks an experienced Support Worker to provide person-centred care and support to individuals in their daily living and lifestyle needs.

This role involves travelling between clients' homes to assist with various tasks, including personal care, domestic assistance, social support, and transportation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing personal care: showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance
  • Assisting with domestic tasks: light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Supporting clients in social activities, shopping/groceries, and medical appointments
  • Helping clients use aids and personal equipment
  • Monitoring client well-being and reporting progress
  • Participating in staff meetings and training sessions

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services (preferred)
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
  • Satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Yellow Card requirements
  • Australian Driver's Licence
  • Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance (preferred)
