Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Learning Strategist to shape the future of training across Australia's most critical digital domains.

This exciting opportunity will position you at the forefront of learning strategy, where you'll influence enterprise training visions and align client objectives. You'll lead executive conversations, design impactful training solutions, and champion adult learning principles across the sales and delivery lifecycle.

A seasoned professional in the IT/technology sector, particularly within training and development, you will have a strong understanding of digital skill trends in corporate and government sectors. Your background in training design, facilitation, or adult learning principles will enable you to scope, design, and adapt training products to meet client needs.

You will lead executive-level conversations with clients around digital skills training and workforce transformation, provide thought leadership on trends in the digital skills landscape, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure strategic alignment of learning solutions to business goals.

Key responsibilities include partnering with sales and delivery teams to shape learning strategies and sales enablement, supporting tender responses, key account reviews, and evaluation of training impact, and delivering internal training and capability uplift across the sales organisation.
