About the Role

We're seeking a highly analytical and strategic consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you'll work with top-tier clients on complex deals, identifying key value drivers and challenging assumptions about future performance.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in due diligence engagements related to acquisitions or disposals by private equity investors or corporate buyers.
  • Analyse financial results of targets through reviewing accounting records and preparing pro forma financial information.
  • Identify and analyse key value drivers to deliver financial insights impacting deal value and structuring.
  • Assist Partners with business development activities and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics.
  • Membership in a professional accountancy body.
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges.
