The Opportunity

Work as a strategy consultant with 2+ years of experience to tackle complex business problems, support clients, and contribute to shaping corporate direction.


  • Collaborate in high-performing teams in a boutique-style environment backed by Ey's global network.
  • Support clients to solve their most pressing challenges.
  • Contribute to projects that create lasting value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior executives to drive critical strategic decisions and shape organisational direction.
  • Work in small teams with direct Partner exposure, contributing to problem definition and owning important workstreams.
  • Use fact-based analysis to extract insights and synthesise them into clear recommendations.
  • Gain broad exposure across industries and public/private sectors.
  • Develop professionally through our hands-on approach to work, supported by structured training and development.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or corporate finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create clear and persuasive presentation materials.
  • A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
