High-Performance Platform Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned platform leader to spearhead our engineering organization's efforts in developing new features and improving existing components of our software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain platforms, tooling, and applications ensuring quality, reliability, and performance.
- Design, build, test, and support platform and tooling for the application engineering team.
- Participate in designing a secure environment respecting data privacy.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Conduct code reviews and uphold coding standards.
- Own the production readiness, robustness, and scalability of features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration.
