Job Opportunity

The role of Executive General Manager is pivotal in driving the organisation's performance, enabling agile and high-impact decision-making, and supporting the achievement of ambitious organisational goals.

You will lead a division that oversees strategic initiatives, data analytics, and research. As Chief Risk Officer, you will hold formal accountability to the Board's Risk Committee, ensuring robust enterprise risk management.

Qualifications and Experience

Your ability to generate strategic insights from complex data, lead high-performing teams, and deliver measurable value will position you as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

Post-graduate qualifications are desirable, along with demonstrated experience in regulated environments. Your leadership will reflect thought leadership, systems thinking, and a deep commitment to delivering outcomes with integrity, courage, accountability, and empathy.
