Job Title

A Senior Leader is required to drive performance, lead a division, and exercise formal accountability. This pivotal role will contribute to reducing road trauma and promoting road safety.

This leadership position oversees Actuarial Services, Data Analytics, Strategic Value Realisation, Strategy, and Research. As Chief Risk Officer, the incumbent will hold formal accountability to the Board's Risk Committee, ensuring robust and effective enterprise risk management.

Responsibilities

The Executive General Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Leading a division that encompasses Actuarial Services, Data Analytics, Strategic Value Realisation, Strategy, and Research.
  2. Exercising formal accountability to the Board's Risk Committee as Chief Risk Officer.
  3. Driving performance and enabling agile and high-impact decision-making.
  4. Supporting the achievement of ambitious organisational goals.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Deep expertise in business performance, strategy, enterprise risk, data science, or related disciplines.
  • Proven leadership experience in regulated environments, preferably within insurance or a similarly complex context.
  • Strong understanding of the public sector and ability to generate strategic insights from complex data.
  • Ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver measurable value.
