We have exciting positions for several permanent full-time sales professionals to work with a well-known mattress and bedding organisation based in Geelong.

About the Role
  • Provide professional customer service including a high level of bedding and furniture product knowledge to recommend products based on customer needs and support customer enquiries.
  • Offer customers timely and accurate information as related to product specifics, pricing, order status, and delivery.
  • Enter sales, orders, and receipts.
  • Place orders with suppliers and continually check order status.
  • Deliver exceptional customer-focused problem-solving, including resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services.
  • Be flexible across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades.
  • Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, store policies, and security practices.
  • Maintain the showroom to an exceptional standard.
  • Identify and develop business strategies to improve sales, attract customers, and support new and existing customers.
  • Open and close the showroom.
About You
  • You will be an experienced sales professional with a proven high-performing sales history.
  • You will possess exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, be well-presented, professional, and trustworthy.
  • You will have the ability to work unsupervised and work well in a team environment.
  • Previous retail sales experience is essential.
  • A proven high-performing sales history is required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • A strong interest in bedding and furniture is desirable.
  • Professionalism, being well-presented, engaging, reliable, and trustworthy is essential.
  • The ability to work cohesively in a small team is required.
  • Confidence, self-motivation, and the ability to work unsupervised are expected.
  • Intermediate computer skills are necessary.
  • Availability to work from Monday to Sunday within a roster is required.
