Business Development Manager

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of our products, services and solutions in their assigned territory. This involves developing a go-to-market strategy to increase market share and revenue growth.
- Identify and target key customers in the LNG processing, ammonia, refining, petrochemical, power generation, and mining sectors.
- Build long-term partnerships with customers through regular communication, consultation and collaboration.
- Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals within agreed timeframes.
- Qualify inquiries and develop strategies to secure orders.
- Provide innovative solutions that meet customer needs and create win-win outcomes for both parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to drive business growth.
- Work closely with regional and global engineering teams to develop technical proposals and execute projects.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Background in chemical or process engineering with relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong personal and professional network.
- Customer-focused and proactive attitude.
- Effective team player with ability to collaborate across multiple regions.
